How I architect
The part most agencies hide: how the whole platform fits together, not just the storefront on top.Shopify sits at the center when it is the right core. When a business case calls for more, I go headless or bring best-in-class systems in around it. The goal is the same either way: a platform that scales and stays maintainable.
